SparcStart provides two tools to help recruiters and Employer Brand Managers use the power of video and engaging content to differentiate their jobs and attract qualified candidates. SparcStart’s platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the more recruiters know about the functionality and versatility, the stronger their results.
If you enjoy training, coaching, and encouraging teams to make the most of their resources, you will excel as a Customer Success Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
· Conducting on-site training for groups of recruiters followed by individual coaching to provide tips on videotaping hiring managers and colleagues.
· Providing support for recruiters who have questions, technical issues or want suggestions to better leverage their efforts.
· Monitoring client use to insure consistent adoption and strong results.
· Conducting quarterly reviews with client management team to evaluate results and recommend areas of focus or support.
In addition, you will help design training materials, develop use cases, contribute to marketing efforts, attend industry conferences and be a critical part of the SparcStart management team. You will work with recruiters on a daily basis and be an advocate for SparcStart’s products.
Required qualifications include 3-5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting (inhouse preferred), strong presentation and writing skills, profoundly good organization skills, positive and patient approach towards others and solid analytical skills. Most importantly, you must have a passion about recruiting, believe the work is important and have a strong desire to make recruiting better for candidates and recruiters.
