Now, we are ready to take this success and scale. The VP Business Development will build a sales operation from the ground up. Focusing first on Fortune 500 clients, you will develop a sales strategy, create sales resources, generate leads, meet with clients, close sales and set standards for consistent and aggressive goals.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5-10 years sales experience in the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition industry and a solid track record. Strong writing and presentation skills are required. You will be a key member of the management team with significant input into product enhancements and new product development. You will report to the CEO and interact directly with the Board. The position will require up to 25% travel including participation in industry conferences and speaking engagements.
