Why should I download the Sparc app?
With Sparc, you can learn valuable information about a potential job. You can see who you will be working for and who you will be working with. You can see what the company is offering and decide if the position is one you want to pursue. No other site gives you this information or insight.
Why should I set up an account?
You don’t have to, you can search for jobs without an account. But if you create an account, you can set up a complete search criteria including your salary range, employee benefits that are important to you, and full Boolean search capabilities. We won’t waste your time on jobs that aren’t right for you.
Are the videos and jobs real?
Yes, the videos you see are the actual people you will be working with. We prohibit employers from using actors or stock footage. The jobs are with real companies. We don’t allow masked employers or third-party postings.
What do you do with my information if I set up an account?
We keep it in our database so you can use it whenever you want to search. We don’t sell it to employers or anyone else. We won’t spam you.
An employer sent me a link to their Sparc job. What do I do?
If you are interested in the job, respond to the person who sent you the link (and thank them for sending useful information!). Apply on Sparc by clicking the Apply button. The Apply button will take you directly to the employer’s application process.
I set up my preferences but now I want to broaden my options. How do I change my preferences?
Just go to My Profile and you can update whatever you want.
I want to see the people I will interview with and work with for every job I am considering, but only a couple are listed here. How do I get more?
If you want real people talking about real jobs, then say so. Ask potential employers if they have a Sparc posting. Share the app with your friends. You deserve honest and useful information when you are considering new opportunities. Spread the word, share it now.
